You are the woman people count on
You show up for your family. For work. For your community, your ministry, and the people who need you. You know how to be strong. And somewhere along the way, caring for everyone else became a pattern of putting yourself last.
You may be running out of capacity.
The answer isn't necessarily to care less, walk away from everything, or become someone you're not.
It's time to examine how you care, what you're carrying, and what it will take to continue showing up without continually sacrificing your own well-being.
Together, we'll explore the patterns that leave you depleted and practice practical ways to recognize your limits, protect your capacity, and make room for your own needs.
If you recognize yourself in any of these, you belong here.
You don't have to identify with every statement. You simply need to recognize that the way you've been caring deserves attention, too.
You're a caregiver, parent, woman of faith, helping professional, educator, leader, or dependable friend who often puts everyone else's needs first.
You love what you do, but the way you're doing it no longer feels sustainable.
You feel responsible for keeping everything and everyone together.
You struggle with guilt when you rest, ask for help, or say no.
You find yourself giving beyond what you have available and then wondering why you feel so empty.
You want to establish healthier boundaries without feeling as though you're abandoning the people you love.
You're ready to do more than recognize the problem. You're ready to practice a different way forward.
Where you are now — and where you're working toward.
You may be starting here
Emotionally exhausted and stretched thin.
Giving more than you have the capacity to give.
Struggling to distinguish what is yours to carry from what belongs to others.
Feeling guilty when you prioritize your own needs.
Unsure how to make changes without disappointing people.
Over these six weeks, you'll work toward
Recognizing your personal signs of depleted capacity.
Understanding what drains and sustains your resources.
Identifying patterns that contribute to overextension.
Practicing boundaries that honor both compassion and personal limits.
Developing realistic ways to replenish your capacity.
Creating a plan to sustain what you're learning beyond the program.
Your journey will be personal. You won't be expected to have everything figured out in six weeks — you'll leave with practical tools and a clearer plan for applying what you've learned.

This is not telling you to take another bubble bath. It is showing you how to increase your capacity to carry what you carry.
Telling you to take a bubble bath, make a vision board, and return to the same patterns that left you depleted.
- Learning to recognize your capacity, understand what influences it, and make practical decisions about how you care.
- Examining where compassion ends and unsustainable over-responsibility begins.
- Understanding that a boundary does not automatically mean rejection, that rest does not erase your value, and that caring deeply does not require you to carry everything.
This is not a promise of a life without responsibilities or difficult seasons. It is an opportunity to develop skills that can help you navigate them differently.
A few things you may be wondering
No. This experience is designed for women who care for others in many settings, including their families, workplaces, faith communities, and personal relationships.
You don't need to arrive knowing how. The framework includes guided reflection and practical opportunities to explore and practice healthier boundaries.
The Butterfly Beacon honors the importance of faith and spiritual grounding. Spiritual reflection may be included where appropriate, while the program remains welcoming to women with different backgrounds and experiences. The emphasis is on practical capacity-building rather than requiring a particular level of spiritual knowledge.
No. You are encouraged to participate in ways that feel appropriate for you. You can learn and complete the exercises without disclosing private experiences to the group.
No. Compassion Without Collapse™ is an educational and personal-development program, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. It is not a substitute for individualized professional care when that support is needed.
You deserve a place
in the care you give.
You have spent time showing up for others. You have invested in people, carried responsibilities, and given what you could. Now it's time to consider what it would look like to include yourself in that care.
Not because the people you love matter less. Because you matter, too.
Compassion Without Collapse™: Sustaining Your Capacity To Care
Six weeks. Six stages. A more sustainable way to care.
